James T. Berylson
James Berylson, aged 29, qualified as a BA from Harvard College in 2004 and
currently is employed as an investment analyst by Serengeti Asset Management, a
multi-strategy investment firm based in New York City. Previously, he was at
Goldman Sachs & Co where he worked in both the Special Situations Group and
before that the Leveraged Finance Department. James is a trustee of the Richard
& Susan Smith Family Foundation, a leading foundation in greater Boston as well
as a trustee of the Berylson Family foundation. James resides in the USA and is
a shareholder in Chestnut Hill Ventures LLP which is a major shareholder and
provider of loan finance to the Company.
