John is based in the USA and has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Chestnut
Hill Ventures, LLC., a major shareholder in the Company, since 2002. Previously
he was the President of GCC Investments, LLC, a subsidiary of GC Companies, Inc.
John graduated from Harvard Business School in 1979. He received an MBA from
Harvard University, an AB Degree from Brown University and an MS from New York University. He is currently a director
of ACA Capital Holdings, Inc. and Fleetcor Technologies, Inc. and is currently a
partner of JD Capital Partners LLC. He has been Chairman of the Company since
March 2007 and of the club since October 2007.
