FRAUD ON SHAREHOLDERS WARNING
It has been brought to the attention of directors that some of our shareholders
have been approached by a cold call with an offer to purchase their shares and
also referring to a more substantial offer mentioning a “considerable amount of
money” but requesting £10K from the shareholder first. Such calls are a scam,
commonly know as “boiler room fraud” and shareholders are warned to be on guard
should you receive unsolicited calls about your shares.
