'Millwall' or 'the Company'
Result of EGM
At the Company EGM held early today all resolutions were duly passed. Resolution
6, which approved the waiver by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers of any
requirement for Chestnut Hill Ventures LLC to make a general offer under Rule 9
of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers which would otherwise arise by reason
of the conversion in whole or in part of the loan and interest on it and the
exercise of the warrants, was passed by a poll taken at the EGM. The results of
the poll on Resolution 6 was 10,601,513,186 (99.7 per cent.) votes in favour and
31,995,389 (0.3 per cent.) votes against.
