Holding in Company
In accordance with DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure
and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006, the Company was informed by Ellis
Stockbrokers Limited that on 22 March 2007, Mr Theodoros Paphitis sold
1,077,910,142 ordinary shares in the Company and is now interested in 59,201,578
ordinary shares which represents 0.27% of Millwall's issued voting share
capital.
