The Board of Millwall announces that it has received a notice of conversion requesting the conversion of loan notes amounting to £18,000 convertible into 60,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("New Shares"). 

In accordance with the terms of the relevant loan notes all of the New Shares have been issued at a price of 0.03p.

Application has therefore been made for the admission of 60,000,000 New Shares to trading on AIM. Dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence on Friday, 23 April 2010 ("Admission"). 

 Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total number of voting rights will be 37,561,097,134.
