    At the Company AGM held earlier today the results of the polls on Resolutions 5,6 and 7 were as follows:-

    Resolution 5 Section 80 Authority - Ordinary Resolution

    The Resolution was passed.

    Resolution 6 Section 95 Authority - Special Resolution

    Against the Resolution                            10,682,933,930                   (39.56%)  
    The Resolution was defeated.


    Resolution 7 Adoption of New Articles - Special Resolution

    For the Resolution                                    16,370,534,546                 (60.60%)  
    Against the Resolution                              10,645,579,825                 (39.40%)  
    The Resolution was defeated.

    All other Resolutions were passed.
