Millwall Holdings plc ('Millwall' or 'the Company')

Holding in Company

In accordance with DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure
and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006, the Company was informed by Collins
Stewart (CI) Limited that on 12 March 2007, Mr Graham Ferguson Lacey purchased
2,450,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and is now interested in
3,150,000,000 ordinary shares which represents 14.27% of Millwall's issued
voting share capital.
