On 13 April 2010, the Company was notified that Mr Graham Ferguson Lacey had
reduced his shareholding in the Company by 844,870,000 shares and is now
beneficially interested in 6,819,218,000 ordinary shares, representing 18.18% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Of this, 1,499,218,000 shares
are held in JIM Nominees Limited and 5,269,350,000 shares are held via his
controlling interest in Sports Regeneration Limited
