At the Company AGM held earlier today the results of the polls on Resolutions
7,8 and 9 were as follows:-

Resolution 7 Section 80 Authority - Ordinary Resolution

Against the Resolution            7,843,142,597      (52.34%)
The Resolution was defeated.

Resolution 8 Section 95 Authority - Special Resolution

For the Resolution                 7,140,408,851      (47.65%)
Against the Resolution            7,843,189,831      (52.35%)
The Resolution was defeated.

Resolution 9 Adoption of New Articles - Special Resolution

For the Resolution                 7,148,681,534      (47.71%)
Against the Resolution            7,835,243,790      (52.29%)
The Resolution was defeated.
