On 9 June 2011, the Company was informed of changes in the nominee registration of shares held by Richard Press (a Director of the Company) and his family, which have been made for administrative purposes only and with no change of beneficial ownership.

The following nominee holdings of ordinary shares of £10 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Shares") have been transferred to HSBC Client Holdings Nominee (UK) Limited:
