Director's Resignation

The Board of Millwall Holdings plc ('Millwall') announces that Mr Richard Towner
has retired from the Board of the Company on 8 January 2007. Mr Towner, aged 70,
joined the board of Millwall Holdings in June 1997. The Board would like to
thank Mr Towner for all of his hard work, support and commitment to the Company
over these last years.
