Millwall Holdings plc ('Millwall' or 'the Company')
Progress on Regeneration Proposals
Further to the Company's announcement on 2 March, Millwall have taken a step
closer to realising their regeneration aspirations. The planning authority, the
London Borough of Lewisham, has approved a local development framework entitled
'People, Places and Spaces' which identifies a new growth corridor. This
includes Millwall FC and the surrounding land and identifies Millwall as a
development site. This spatial strategy is a key document as Millwall progresses
its plans for 'Sport City'. The consultation period will be until the end of
May. Millwall welcomes this plan and will continue to develop the regeneration
proposals working closely with the local authority and key stakeholders.
